Wagyu beef was really tasty!!

Yamaya is an outstanding place to try Japanese style beef. I had lunch here, we tried the washu beef combo and one of the specials (a rib eye called "supersteak"). Everything was super fresh. The service were helpful and attentive. The best part, was lunch wasn't too expensive (although I saw dinner could be much more).

All-you-can-eat tatami and mentaiko for lunch time. The set meal was also very delicious, so if you stop by in this area you definitely want to go again.

Deliciously legitimate Japanese-style yakiniku steak! Other items good as well, but the ribeye and beef tongue stand out. I recommend getting a course for the full experience. Go big or go home!

Yakiniku is delicious ~

I visited today with my coworkers during lunch time. Their service was good, however, Miso soup was too salty and rib eye steak was bad, like half of steak is rare, and other half is medium. Probably their defrosting or grill was not working properly. My experience was not good.

Enjoy the lunch that feels Japan! But Mentaiko was a bit old, I felt the smell was fishy.

Real solid bbq - exactly what you'd expect. I ordered a spicy pulled chicken sandwich. The sauces that came with it were tasty. I also had beans and fries on the side. The beans were great - especially after dipping fries in them.

Best restaurant experience, the Wagyu they serve is phenomenal, helpful and friendly staff.

Aged Mentaiko and Motsunabe are recommended.

It was great! Food was delicious thre service was amazing, they were quick and incredibly helpful. Only thing I didn't like was the music playing but that's just me. Definitely would go again.

Really liked the food. The happy hour menu was priced so you can enjoy many items. The meats were marinated well, and you get the experience of grilling your own food. The atmosphere is typical. The location is convenient if you live in the local area. The only reason this is a 4/5 is because the ventilation didn’t seem all that well (perhaps just our table?). It was smokier than what I’ve typically experienced. I’d still recommend this place to a fellow patron because the food was tasty.
